


Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Silk Petal Styling. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before booking your styling services.
Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
-
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
-
Payment plans may be available on request.
Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event will forfeit all payments made.
-
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided.
Travel Fees & Venue Access
-
Travel fees apply to venues outside the local area (Maleny and surrounds).
-
Additional charges may apply for difficult access, multiple location setups, or restricted setup times.
-
Clear access and setup/pack-down times must be confirmed prior to the event.
Wet Weather Policy
-
Our styling items, including silk florals and candles, are not waterproof and must be protected from rain and moisture.
-
All styling items must be set up under adequate cover in the event of wet or unpredictable weather.
-
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a wet weather plan is in place with the venue.

Silk Petal Styling reserves the right to modify or withhold setup if weather conditions pose a risk to our items.
Floral Collections & Custom Designs

Clients may choose from our five signature floral collections at no additional charge.
-
Custom floral designs or colour palettes outside our collections will incur an additional design fee.
-
We reserve the right to substitute floral elements with similar alternatives if needed.
Hire Items & Styling Inclusions

All items supplied (florals, candles, vases, runners, etc.) remain the property of Silk Petal Styling.

Any missing or damaged items will be invoiced for replacement at cost.
-
Items must not be moved or repurposed by venue staff or guests.
Setup & Pack-Down

All packages include full setup and pack-down of your styling items.
-
Times will be coordinated with your venue and must be strictly adhered to.
-
Late-night or next-day pack-downs may incur an additional fee.
Liability
-
We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse of styling items.
-
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and access requirements.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
