Wet weather policy
At Willow Wood Styling, we are committed to ensuring that your ceremony set up is nothing short of perfection. If you're planning tp hire our stunning florals for an outdoor ceremony or reception, we kindly ask that you have a wet weather backup location in place.
To protect the quality and longetivity of our premium silk florals, we are unable to set up if theres a chance of rain, as exposure to moisture may cause irreversable damage. Your understanding helps us maintain the exceptional standard we are proud to provide.
If you need assistance planning for a backup location or marqui options for your event, we're happy to offer guidance to help your day run smoothly!
Ceremony Setup & Pack Down Conditions
Our Styled Ceremony Packages include full set up and pack down to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for your special day. However, to facilitate efficient service, the following conditions apply:
- Access Requirements: Setup and pack down are included only if there is a direct access from a parking area or designated loading zone that is within 25 meters of the ceremony location.
- Restricted Access: If the location requires carrying items further than 25 meters, up stairs, accross sand or through difficult terrain, an additional fee may apply to cover the extra time and labor involved.
- Bump -In & Bump-Out Timeframes: We require a minumim of 60 minutes for set up and 45 minutes for pack down. Please ensure the venue allows sufficient access time for our team.
- Weather Considerations: If the ceremony is outdoors, a wet weather back up location must be in place, as we cannot set up in rain or extreme weather conditions to protect our floral arrangments and styling elements.
- Clients Responsibility: It is the clients responsibility to provide clear and unobstructed access to the set up area. Any delays due to blocked access, last minute venue changes, or venue restrictions may incur additional fees.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these set up and pack down terms and conditions. If you have any concerns about venue access please discuss them with us in advance to ensure a smooth set up.
